Cinque Terre – Dinner at Il Pirata Delle Cinque Terre

Last night we had dinner at the wonderful “Il Pirata Delle Cinque Terre” restaurant above the station in Vernazza. A favorite of travel luminary Rick Steves, Il Pirata features wonderful dinners and breakfasts prepared by twin brothers with a true passion for Italian cuisine. The desserts are as good as you’ll ever have as these classically trained pastry chefs blend fruits and cream in amazing, artistic combinations.

But be sure to get a reservation when you arrive in Vernazza, as Il Pirata is not a large place and sometimes reservations are needed.
